我们相信年轻人可以在很小的时候就培养一颗服侍他人的心和一颗为王国工作的心。 Our School applies the biblical mandate of Jesus from Acts 1:8 to “Go into the world and preach the gospel to Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and the ends  of the earth. 在北威大学，我们把这称为我们的“HERE， NEAR, and FAR”的任务方法。

我们的暑期阅读项目是一个鼓励学生在暑期阅读并登录Readerzone.com的机会。 每年夏天，我们的学生都会阅读数千个小时，然后我们会用冰棒来庆祝。  我们的优秀读者得到认可，学生们穿着书中的角色服装，提交特别的项目，并获得奖品和礼品券，参加北威大学书展.

Students elect a group of their 5-6th grade peers to serve their fellow 圣udents by acts of service and through setting a positive example of Chri圣-like character. 学生们参加活动，发表演讲，并由他们的同龄人选举为学生领袖。 ASB协调学校活动，如精神日，节日活动，特殊教堂/集会以及全校范围内的倡议。
